Using premium Toray T800 & T1000 carbon prepreg, every layer is precisely cut by automated CNC machinery into exact angles and dimensional profiles to ensure perfect structural alignment.
Multi-Angle Manual Lamination
Skilled technicians lay up carbon sheets in precise directional schedules (0°, 45°, 90°). This optimized schedule maximizes lateral stiffness, impact resistance, and structural strength.
Automated Carbon Roll Pre-cutting
High-quality carbon fiber prepreg rolls are continuously fed and pre-cut with strict material tension control, laying a consistent, zero-defect foundation before manual lamination.
2 Molding Process
High-Precision Mold Preparation & Alignment
Pre-molded rim blanks are carefully aligned in high-strength alloy molds. Strict temperature and pressure monitoring ensures flawless compaction and seamless carbon layer bonding during curing.
Thermal Curing & De-molding Quality Control
Rims undergo controlled hot-press curing under extreme pressure to eliminate air voids. Once de-molded, each rim is rigorously inspected for structural integrity and surface smoothness.
