6.Spoke & Wheel Running Test1.Wheelset: Load 65kg, speed 25km/h, Tire Pressure 110psi.
2.Assemble the wheel, tire and inner tube and inflate the tire to 90% of the maximum inflation
pressure.
3.The diameter of the drum should be in the range of 500mm to 1000mm, the width of the slats
should be 50mm±2.5mm, thickness 10mm±0.25mm, and the edges should be half of their
thickness with a 45°chamfer.
4.The circumferential spacing between the center lines of two consecutive slats shall not be less than 400mm. Rotate the drum to a linear speed of 25km/h (±10%) for a period of time to provide 750,000 impacts between the tire and the slats.

Ⅴ.FAQ About CS-T32 Carbon Spoke:

-1) What Are the Differences Between CS-T32 and other carbon spokes like CS-005 or CS-006:

First, the dimension designs are difference, CS-T32 are with 3.2mm width, 0.75mm thickness and diameter 1.7mm, while others have bigger designs.

Second, materials are different, CS-T32 used carbon fiber and Titanium metal parts, while others used carbon fiber and stainless steel materials.

Third, the performances are different, CS-T32 reduce the weight and stiffness, which combined the advantages of steel and carbon spokes, better riding performances for gravel or cyclo-cross bikes.


-2) What are the suggested spoke tension for CS-T32:

120-130 kgf

No, only external nipple holes are available, but can build without the tyre channel hole, so without tubeless tape, better air tightness and strength like below:
